7 am- Wakes up on his own and then nurses. Eats in about 7 minutes!
7:15-8:00 play time (rolling over, bouncing/jumping on lap or bed, reading books, tummy time, face to face play time, talking/laughing, etc)
8:00-10:00 nap time
10:00 nurses
10:15-11:30 play time and maybe a bath time (more of the same--except this summer it included ball games, walks, swimming, boat rides, and other fun things like that)
11:30-1:00 nap time
1:00 nurses
1:15-2:15 ish play time
2:15 ish-4:00 nap time
4:00-6:00 ish play time (more of the same, but since this is a longer wake time--we usually do more of the "bigger" or more exciting things during this chunk)
6:00 ish- nap time (cat nap of 20 to 30 minutes is the normal)
7:00 nurse
7:15-8:00 play time
8:00-8:30 ish is bed time
He sleeps through the night until the next morning feed! He still does a dream feed sometime between 10:15-10:45. He usually doesn't wake up for this at all. However, I have thought about skipping it sometimes to see if he can do it. But--there are some days when its later (around 11:00) and he usually ends up stirring awake, ready for it!
His routine hasn't really changed at all from 4 months. The summer is too crazy to work on a 4 hour schedule. We have trouble keeping this schedule as it is!
As for new developments and milestones: Jadon started rolling over right at this 5 month mark!
